Are your security officers licensed?
Any licensable security work is undertaken by personnel holding the appropriate valid SIA licence for that role.
Do we have to take cleaning as well?
No. Security and cleaning are both available on their own. Choosing both simply gives you one company, one point of contact and easier out-of-hours access.
What happens when our alarm goes off at night?
On a key holding contract, a key holder attends, checks the premises, resets the alarm if it is safe to do so and reports back to you. The police are called if there are signs of a break-in.
